I recently finished *Murphy's Law with a Side of Serendipity* and I have to say, it was an easy read! The author shares her life journey of building her daycare business while juggling the ups and downs of raising a blended family, and dealing with unknown health issues.
What I really appreciated was the conversational tone; it felt like I was sitting down for coffee with a friend who was sharing their life story. There were moments that made me laugh, and others that had me almost crying.
The blend of good and bad times kept me engaged the whole time. It’s not just about the struggles; there are plenty of uplifting moments too. The author beautifully captures those unexpected ups and downs that pop up throughout her lifetime, and the amazing drive that keeps her going thru the tough times.

This book is a quick delightful read. The author is known to me personally. My children grew up in her wonderful daycare. I laughed and cried during the read. The troubles the author endured were many, but during the time my children attended her school, I saw no negativity. The author had poise and perfessionalism while navigating her personal trials. Her family is a wonderful blend and only someone with her strength could have pulled motherhood off. I hope the author writes more.

Dana’s life story is a captivating look at the battles she dealt with and finding a positive and hopeful aspect in the otherwise difficult or negative situation. She really knows how to grab a reader’s attention!

Dana is my cousin so I have known her all my life. There was so much that I didn’t know until I read her book. It took me back in time. To a place when her Mom and Dad first met and then adopted Dana. It was a fascinating read. Dana truly is an inspiration and her book is a must read!! I absolutely loved it!!

I could not put the book down once I started. Very well written! This is a story of true strength and determination. A story that makes you realize no matter how hard life is be thankful for what you do have. I know Dana for many years and can say I would have never known anything like this was happening in her life. Dana was always an upbeat, positive person. I know /god surely was with her thru all of this and can only pray that she lives a much healthier and happier life than she did back then.
